I listened to a conference call last night and the gentleman preached about owning a business and real estate are the way to go.  First off, you get to earn your money and then pay taxes; rather than the tax man taking his cut before it even hits your hands.

Even the Most High God doesn't do that.

Second advantage is the ability to get tax breaks, especially if you live in the United States.  Writing stuff off is a major advantage you need to take advantage of.  Now if you are in a small business or home business; good.  Many people get into one of those things and stop because they are not making enough money or any so they give up on the great liberties of a home or small business.

Real Personal Estate Development

The most important aspect of a man or woman is to fully develop themselves.  Life is a challenge; no matter how financially successful you are; Life has a way of throwing challenges at you on a daily basis and this is what the Creator did on purpose, to challenge each and everyone created to see if they are ready for the big prize.

Now I'm not going to get spiritual or religitual on you (it's not a word; I was just thinking of rhyming); but to defeat the challenges in your life on a daily basis; you have to personally develop yourself.  My barber, before he went to the clink (jail), use to tell me and my buddy that he stays well-conditioned for battle.
