It's my fault

You can tell when you're improving or changing when other people say, "man you've changed." Friends have told me I have become nicer; my lady says I'm not as annoying and I love it because these are changes I am slowly working at.

There are some things I think make you healthier. First, improving your relationships with yourself, your spouse, family, and friends. The fastest way to improve relationships is to assume all responsibility, blame, and fault.

Say to yourself for any problem in your life; "it's my fault." When you say this to yourself, it begins to help you alleviate the pain and also helps you find out how to fix the conflict or circumstance. Try it out.
