Smoke Pot over Multi-tasking...

This sounds amazing - even unbelievable - but apparently and sadly, it's true.

*Researchers employed by Hewlett Packard have warned of a rise in "infomania" - ie, people constantly checking email and text messages have measured a significant intelligence drop.

That's right - those distracted by incoming email and phone calls saw a 10-point fall in their IQ - more than twice that found in studiesof the impact of smoking marijuana, said researchers.
Here are three quick tips to help you regain focus, simplify your life . . . and possibly raise or regain IQ points.

1. Put into your schedule to check your email only twice (2) per day. Do not check it any other time.

This is something I adopted last November and it's remarkable that very few messages are truly urgent. If necessary, let people know you only check messages at specific times in the day.
Don't put YOUR sanity above someone else's demand for "right now" - right now is almost always unnecessary.

2. Follow the same advice with the phone.
Personally and professionally I don't answer the phone if I'm busy with something else - and it's a personal PET PEEVE to be in a conversation or business meeting and to have that person interrupt the meeting by taking a call.

If it's an emergency - that's one thing. But how often do emergencies happen?

3. Listen to this Laser Focus program. The program aids you with focus and concentration -and helps you get organized and retain information better. Additionally, all of our programs aid in balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain - this improves communication between the logical and creative centers of your brain.

Focus, you can do it.

Cheers, to your health
