Minerals and Vitamins Linked to Food Cravings

I read this article today and I really enjoy when people catch on or at least have the courage to step forward and tell the truth of a matter.  My friend and author Damien D. McSwine wrote an article and lectured on the topic of nutritional deficiencies and their link to obesity or junk food cravings.  He also notes this in his book The Ancient 20!  However, it it good to reiterate the fact from a MD who studied the matter and presented it to the mainstream media.

It is vitally important to keep minerals and vitamins in your system so that you can avoid food cravings, especially of junk foods or bad-for-you foods.
