One of my brothers always says his white co-workers seem to never worry about money.  That is why they have it.  What do poor people think about most of the time? Unfortunately, poor people fill their minds with thoughts of scarcity, lack, poverty, being unable to afford things. They are always thinking and talking about how little money they have, how much things cost and how they wish things could be better financially. What they think about most of the time is how little money they have.

Think Like Wealthy People Think
Wealthy people from an early age think about how much they have, how much they want and all the different things they can do to acquire and earn the money and things they desire.

Find Out How Rich People Think
Here's a rule for you. If you want to become successful, find out what failures do and don't do it. If you want to be wealthy, find out what poor people think about, and avoid thinking in those ways. Instead, find out how wealthy people think. Find out what they read. Find out how they spend their time. Study their lives, read their stories and autobiographies and listen to their words when they are interviewed and on tape. The more you find out what financially successful people think and talk about most of the time, and do the same things, the more rapidly you will enjoy the same rewards that they do.

Action Exercises
Here are two things you can do to put this parable of the talents into action:

First, make a decision today that from now on you will think and talk only about the financial success that you desire. At the same time, you will refuse to talk about or dwell upon your financial problems.

Second, instead of saying, "I can't afford it," instead ask the question, "How can I afford it?" When you think of something that you want or need that you don't have the money for at the time, the only question you ask is, "How?" How can you get it? What can you do to achieve it? What are your options? How can you get from where you are to where you want to go? This type of attitude will change your life.

I read this article today and I really enjoy when people catch on or at least have the courage to step forward and tell the truth of a matter.  My friend and author Damien D. McSwine wrote an article and lectured on the topic of nutritional deficiencies and their link to obesity or junk food cravings.  He also notes this in his book The Ancient 20!  However, it it good to reiterate the fact from a MD who studied the matter and presented it to the mainstream media.

The Making of a Sales Funnel

Many people get into a trade be it a conventional small business, a network marketing MLM program, or a direct sales business and they embark on to drive their sales procedure.  When you are starting out in business the first thing when it comes to sales and marketing is to set up a structure of sales.  This can be called your sales funnel. 

The best way to do this is to purchase dirt cheap leads, no more than 10 cents each and you get on the phone and survey the people you converse with.  Those surveys would have told why they want to buy, who they are, what they were looking for; and you simply put that in order on your website in the form of copy.  Then you send the suitable traffic to walk down that simple sales funnel.

The trick to bypass this process is to copy and paste.  While this does not allow you to learn as much it still gets the job done.  You know how you use to copy off of someone else in school, you may have passed the class or test but I’m sure you would have a tough time doing it on your own.

This is how you set up an online sales funnel that will be successful.  Good sales funnels to copy online are theweight loss master plan and the Mineral Man.  They both lead you down a path.

The Baby Preacher Preaching

As I watched this I had a few thoughts run through my minds... the first was this cat is pretty good.  He is going to be a very sharp adult when he gets older or he will be a very disturbed one.

My second thought was that he is pretty bold.  While there is a good chance he will be pretty embarrassed when he grows up to watch this depending on his upbringing; but for the most part, many adults cannot even get up in front of 3 people and speak plainly for the fear of public speaking.  Yet, this little boy did it and brought his all.

Now do not get me wrong; I'm not a fan of this because I believe it de-edifies God, which brings me to my third thought...

This kinda shows that the ability or skill in being a preacher is not all that hard.  I am willing to bet this kid cannot read; so what is he preaching? The baby preacher  is only preaching what he sees.  

You can learn from this... if you are trying to do something; if you bring the fervor, the excitiment, the passion to it; you can pretty much mimic who you want to be like and do it.

This baby preacher showed that being a preacher (as the world calls it) is pretty simple!  Get on stage, yell, let people understand 3 out of 10 words, whip off the sweat from your face, and be as animated as possible.  The one thing they forgot to do was bring the poor child some water to sip on... I believe he had another 5 minutes in him had he got some water.

The baby preacher is adorable, cute, but I personally believe it takes away from God, especially to do that during a real church service; because it allows so many people to poke fun and not take God serious.  I mean they have a baby onstage.

Sure I know out of the mouth of babes; but understand God's protocol.  I do not think another religion would do that and air it; but then they may all follow suit now!

If you are in a home business, network marketing program, or MLM, you may have been flooded with the request to make a list of your friends and family and pitch on your business opportunity.
   

However, through the years of home business, especially MLM-ism (made up term possibly); the pattern has not necessarily gone as planned.  And once you run out of friends, family, and associates your business can dry up faster than eggs on an iron skillet in Arizona.

How often do you pray?  I use to think once in the morning and once in the evening as well as before meals was sufficient.  But that does not light a candle to what we should do.

The whole day needs to be a constant conversation with God and with that being said Hezekiah, a king in Judah, fell ill and a prophet came to him and told him to wrap up his life; that this was the end for him.

Isaiah 38

 ¹In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came unto him, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order: for thou shalt die, and not live.

 ²Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed unto the LORD,

 ³And said, Remember now, O LORD, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore. 

 ⁴Then came the word of the LORD to Isaiah, saying, 

 ⁵Go, and say to Hezekiah, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will add unto thy days fifteen years.

Hezekiah did what any wise person would do; he prayed and prayed hard.  He put his credentials on the table before the Lord and before the prophet could get off the king's grounds, the Lord had him return to Hezekiah.  The news was his prayer was heard and answered.

God added 15 years to the life of Hezekiah.  This is the power of prayer.  It works with anything and not just with your life on the line.  It works with your job, career, business, marriage, children, and your health.

Visit with God constantly it is part of the development of you.  Take care

Today we want to get into the idea of how to write an information report.  Now if you are a police officer separate profession outside of marketing or small business I apologize in advance.  

 

In business, we have to know that sometimes the best way to get customers is to educate them.  The best way to educate a customer or client online or off is to offer free how to information.

This can be done a number of ways, but ultimately you want to solve a problem; their major problem.

 

• You can do by writing  it up in a free report
• You can record in in an audio
• You can shoot a Youtube video

The possibilities are endless.  Just think about if you are a plumber and shoot a video showing how you fix a under the sink leak.  The majority of the people will call you if they ever had plumbing problems because they like and trust you because you built a relationship with them online or off with communicating with them.  In this case you educated them with free information to help them.

If you've taken the time to get online that is good.  But you may have done things out of order.  The reality is you do not have a winning sales message for prospecting for your home business.

So you have to first find out what your target audience wants and needs.  The best way to do this is to buy cold lead files and dial them by having a conversation with them and while this will be tedious it will do two AMAZING things for you.

1) it will get you comfortable on the phone, which you will ultimately have to be when prospects are talking about sending you large sums of money or asking those questions, those buying questions about your business.  If you are not comfortable on the phone you may drop the ball here...

2) it will give you an amazing value of information your target audience is wanting and needing...

Now you know automatically what to put on your website because you've talked to a raw list of people who told you their needs as it pertains to your business services or products being able to solve.

Using Wisdom to Keep Us

God talks about using wisdom to keep you; and this is vital because many times we have the knowledge, we even understand the consequences and potential outcomes that comes with a choice; but we often forget wisdom as the final 3-part step in making sure we make a good decision.

The book of Proverbs says in chapter 3

 ¹⁹The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.

 ²¹My son, let not them depart from thine eyes: keep sound wisdom and discretion:

 ²²So shall they be life unto thy soul, and grace to thy neck. 

 ²³Then shalt thou walk in thy way safely, and thy foot shall not stumble. 

 ²⁴When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet. 

God used wisdom to found the earth and understanding to establish the heavens and tells us not to depart from wisdom but to keep it; it will be life to our soul and grace to our neck.  By making wise decisions  and using discretion we can walk and our walk will be safe; we can talk and our talk will be sure; our feet will not stumble.  When we lie down, we won't be afraid and our sleep will be sweet.  Why?

It is because we know we've made good decisions and can rest in them knowing God is guiding us.  We can rest knowing we made good decisions at work, in business, with our family, in our eating habits, in our health, with our money, and with our life.  You lose sleep when you don't have wisdom because you worry, stress, and in the worry and stress you make bad decisions.  We've all been there.

The chapter concludes with a lot of wise saying for us to adhere to; and I always like to mention how growing up as a teenager and still to this day I read a proverb chapter a day; it was like my Boys and Girls Club growing up because it kept me from trouble in the wisdom I received in it.

We must use wisdom to keep us from affliction that comes from not using discretion.  Have a sound week full of wisdom and blessings in Jesus name.

I admit I take my fair share of supplements daily but this looked extreme.  However, I believe Rashad is the smartest athlete alive, and even though the interviewer did not get around to asking why he does this in DETAIL, she did ask.  Rashad said after taking a thorough blood test, the test found him to be deficient in 'X' amount of minerals and vitamins.

Rashad probably knows one thing... through the most perfect diet on the earth you will never be sure the amount of minerals, vitamins, or amino acids you specifically need.  This is why supplementing is the key to being sure you get adequate amounts.

When we see athletes dying early and young for heart conditions or any other disorder; it is because they were deficient in a nutrient that they did not give their body and when it emptied out; they died.  Rashad is making sure this does not happen to him.

The Thirst for More Faith

Do you need more faith?  I can admit that I do and this is what caused me to write on this topic, the thirst for more faith.  The need for water and faith in Exodus chapter 15, the children of Israel were just delivered out of Egypt and were celebrating and singing.  But after three days they were still in the wilderness with their water levels probably dwindling down and they began to mumble against Moses.  Murmuring against Moses is consequently murmuring against God.

Despite the great works the Lord God had shown Israel, they had the nerve to cry out in a doubtful manner to the SAME GOD who just delivered them out of bondage.


 ²⁴And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink? 

 ²⁵And he cried unto the LORD; and the LORD shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: there he made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he proved them, 

 ²⁶And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee. 

This is where the children of Israel and anybody who emulates their mannerism will go downhill from and it began with their need for water and their need for faith.  The people mumbled against Moses asking him after three days in the wilderness for some water to drink.  The Lord answered their cry and once again proved to them that He is the Almighty God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob but this seems to not be enough for them.  


Are you doing the same thing in your life, crying to God doubting His greatness and His ability to provide for you and yours?  The need for water and faith was prevalent among Israel but they cried to the Lord for water and did not cry as hard for faith.  If they had more faith or belief in the Lord God Jehovah, they would not have taken the isolated plight they took throughout the generations.

If you are thirsty, cry to the Lord to increase your faith.  Once your faith is increased you will be doubtless that the Lord can and will supply all your needs in abundance; and the desires of your heart as well.

searches each month.  That means 14-thousand people type that phrase into the search engines looking
for a plumber in Chicago.

You do not need to be SEO-bonified to get in on the listing...it is just good to know that many people are looking
for a plumber, but it is better to know what they want and how you can help them.  This will give you an edge
over your fellow plumber-comrades.  Instead of saying, Hi, call me, I'm Joe the Plumber"; you can offer free
assistance in the form of a free video showing people how to repair basic stuff around the house or a free
guide they can read to help them learn how to select a plumber in Chicago.

This allows you to connect with them better and every husband and wife knows that the marriage began
with the connection.  This connection in your business begins with a good website.

If you have a website you probably need to get in position to be an authority.  If you don't have a website

The Irony of Situations Makes Humor

In this clip from the movie 'Coming to America' the barber claims to have met Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., when his buddies dismiss his claim, he attempts to prove it with a story that would deem acceptable and believeable to people that it is a possibility he met Dr. King.

However, his story loses him all credibility because he took a non-violent Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and created a monster of him, claiming Dr. King would approach complete strangers, and would not even check to see if he had the right individual and sock them in the chest or mouth.

I have never met Dr. King, but from what I have seen in videos and credible accounts from others is that he was as non-violent as it came.  People spat in his face, and he kept walking... it could be he had the cameras on him then; but the fact remains the irony in this story is what made it a complete success in the humor category.

"Dr. King...! - "Oh, I thought you were somebody else."

They make it seem as if this guy was just a renegade... you gotta love it.

In this video blog of a recent Q&A session with audience members, Michael Maloney explains one of the most difficult concepts for investors to grasp—where does the wealth go following a market crash?

It is often said that wealth “evaporates” in the wake of a crash such as the real estate crisis of 2007.

“Wealth is never destroyed, it is transferred,” Mike explains. “When your house was worth a million bucks, say oil was $140 a barrel. Now the same house is worth half a million, but oil is worth 70 bucks a barrel. Your house is still worth the exact same amount measured in oil. So that’s the true wealth—if  you sell your house, how much food, how much gasoline, how many shares of the Dow, how much stuff can you buy? The dollar amount doesn’t mean anything…. Even though the dollar price of them may have fallen, the real estate didn’t vanish.”

Likewise, Mike says, “most of the companies that the stock market represents didn’t vanish” with the Crash of 2008. “They fell in dollar terms. But if you look inside the company, where its stock fell to $10 from $100. Does the company produce one-tenth what it did yesterday? Does it have one-tenth of the employees? In 99.9% of cases, no; it’s the same company.”

Ebbs and flows of cycles occur as people rush from investment to investment seeking value, Mike says. Eventually all the currency now in other kinds of assets will rush toward gold and silver. The important thing is not the dollar price of gold and silver, he explains, it’s how many tangible things an ounce of gold or silver can buy.

I see articles like this all over the internet... and I thought isn't it spelled wrong??

Members and visitors gathered to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ with a sunrise service that began at 7 a.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church, 2970 Santa Maria Way.

Renowned musicians Ray and Ann Gibbs of Pensacola, Fla., presented special music for the sunrise service. They also performed

during the church's regular morning service at 10:45 a.m.

Following the outdoor sunrise service, worshippers enjoyed a free breakfast.

The Easter morning services held at churches around the Central Coast culminated Holy Week commemoration of the foundation of the Christian belief — that Jesus Christ died on the cross for mankind's sins and that without his bodily resurrection, today's Christian faith wouldn't exist.
