Ergonomics

How you sit can have an impact on your Energy.  Most people develop habits that are bad, which include bad posture in chairs, not stretching well, lazily staying in the same position for hours on in at work. 

 

This leads to bad ergonomics and it can take a bold swing at your health and energy.

 

The most ergonomic chair in the world is an inflatable exercise ball. You can get them almost anywhere on-the-cheap.

 

Just find one that is the right size for you. It should inflate to a firm but springy size that allows you to sit with your legs at the proper angle.

Clear Your Mind

You've seen these guys that get a joke and they excuse themselves to write it down, they call them comedians.  They do this because they know if they do not write it down or record it; it will be gone forever.  Same thing with million dollar ideas…

 

By recording thoughts that come to your mind, you close these "processes" down. You prevent them from eating up more mental resources or energy.

 

The good news: all of this is already there for you if you've signed up for a free Simpleology and are using the Dream Catcher.  If you have a cell phone that has a recorder, use it to save ideas or important thoughts that come to mind.

 

A notebook, a PDA, a voice recorder – all of these will work. Do not let the next million dollar idea pass you by.  But the main importance of this habit is to help you clear your mind so you are not stressed or mentally sluggish.
