Ergonomics

How you sit can have an impact on your Energy.  Most people develop habits that are bad, which include bad posture in chairs, not stretching well, lazily staying in the same position for hours on in at work. 

 

This leads to bad ergonomics and it can take a bold swing at your health and energy.

 

The most ergonomic chair in the world is an inflatable exercise ball. You can get them almost anywhere on-the-cheap.

 

Just find one that is the right size for you. It should inflate to a firm but springy size that allows you to sit with your legs at the proper angle.
