Hurricane Sandy is Wild Ride

There is big coverage over Hurricane Sandy. It’s been one of the most serious hurricanes in a long time. Probably since the likes of Hurricane Katrina, Sandy is making headlines as the next nature destroyer. Mitt Romney and Barack Obama had to change their campaign schedules due to Hurricane Sandy. It’s possible that the storm could injure up to 50 million people. Before we consider the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy let’s get more information on exactly what is going on.

Hurricane Sandy is Affecting the Midwest

Hurricane Sandy is supposed to hit hard in New Jersey Monday night or Tuesday morning. Then it’s supposed to travel to Pennsylvania and then New York. New York is expected to get hit the hardest. Hurricane Sandy is supposed to produce water the height of eleven feet by the time it gets to New York.
Some people will do anything for a view

Federal Emergency Management Administrator said time for preparing is over. They said the people should be taking action now. Governor Chris Christie said “Don’t be stupid. Get Out.” If your governor is that hardcore I believe people should take heed to his words. It makes sense though because Hurricane Sandy has the potential to flood most of the city. That’s a great potential.

Hurricane Sandy Has Up to 16 People Dead

There have already been major flight delays. Subways, buses, and schools will also be closed. That means over 1 million students and over 5 million riders will have to stay home until the hurricane passes. Still, Obama has said we should get through Hurricane Sandy just fine. That is the sound of optimism and that is what we need despite the realities of what the storm will do. He said we should definitely check on our neighbors to make sure they’re okay. I pray everyone stays safe and acts in a humble courageous manner.

Hurricane Sandy is Going to Be a Wild Ride

Give a helping hand for those who cannot afford to get out and who are unable due to physical condition. Hurricane Sandy is serious and we need to take it serious.
