Writers Income

With the new year coming up; I think it's appropriate to learn how simply writing stuff on your mind can earn you big money on the Internet.
-
Just last week alone; with the limited time I have to write, and the average writing skills I have (English is my 3rd language), I still managed to write articles and blogs that earned me $147 bucks hard cash.

That is not going to fly me into retirement; but if I asked you to send and email to me and ask for the $147 bucks; and I'd give it; would you email?
-
Probably since you live in this economic period. But the point I want to make is that it cost me absolutely nothing but a bit of time to sit down and write (maybe an hour).

That means I make $147 dollars an hour. Not bad; now I need more hours. Two products that have helped me do this is Writer Income and WA. Writer income will give you 25 brilliant ways to earn money online. At $29 bucks it's a steal and simple buy.

WA is more details, not only telling you how to do this; but also step-by-step guiding to show you how. It's also $29 bucks only. I have both and they are a tremendous investment. Cheers to writing and earning income.

Cold Season - (Health)

If you live in Chicago or northeast and Midwest, you know it's a cold season much more than people coughing and sniffing.  You know it because the weather.  If you are trying to avoid the cold I'd stay plenty bundled up; take a supplement or two (some vitamin super C), and not hang around people who are coming up with a cold every 3 days.

I realized that it is getting colder and colder in Chicago this cold season and experts say it is better to wear layers of warmth, than to go get one big monster size coat.  I thought I'd pass this along.  Also if you have kids; make sure they are getting ample amounts of immune system boosters like vitamin C this cold season.  It's nothing worse then seeing your child suffer a cold or flu.

Peace

ViSalus Thingy

Hey I hang around the block a bit and ran into the company I think was worth a good glance.

ViSalus Business

Congratulations, you’ve either joined or deciding on joining Visalus as a business venture and you are ready to make the big bucks. If you have done a bit of due diligence you know all about their “bimmer” club and some of the good perks that comes with the exciting opportunity. However have you done all your research in this business, this company, and this industry?

Visalus is a nutritional wellness company focusing on weight loss. They have a product that aims at helping people lose weight responsively and relatively quickly. If you are having problems losing weight or keeping it off; there are a number of places you can go on the Internet alone to address this issue. So Visalus does have a large market to dispense it’s product to.

Why should Jenny Craig get all the business right?

Visalus also has other products such as the Vi-Pak which has a good amount of antioxidants for strengthening the immune system. And last they have a product called Neuro, which addresses energy. They compared the Neuro to Red Bull and even Cocaine to show how Neuro is a healthier alternative when it comes to energy boost in supplements. Now the marketing plan is like any other in the industry of MLM or network marketing. You need to learn how to recruit prospects into this business for it to thrive. Also you must have customers who try and use the products on a monthly basis.

Finish this here ---> Visalus Business

Barack Obama Wins

This is exciting time in the country. It's an historic change. I'm very happy to see this. There is only one other being I'd like to see win this election...but Barack is an excellent candidate to start with.

Congratulations to McCain and his camp, but it's really all about Barack Obama right now. Congrats to the United States of being wise enough to select the best candidate.

Today Obama will start something new that I will take from Keith Olbermann...because Barack has fought hard, given himself and his family, and took on a feat that was nearly impossible; Barack Obama is my vote for the best... human being...in the WORLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLDDDDDDDDDD!

Wealth = FM 2.0

How does wealth equal FM 2.0? Well first let's find out what FM 2.0 is? FM stands for Fiery Marketing.
Fiery:

1.
consisting of, attended with, characterized by, or containing fire: a volcano's fiery discharge.
2.
intensely hot: fiery desert sands.
3.
like or suggestive of fire: a fiery red; angry, fiery eyes.
4.
intensely ardent, impetuous, or passionate: fiery courage; a fiery speech.
5.
easily angered or provoked: a fiery temper.
6.
causing a burning sensation, as certain liquors or condiments.
7.
inflamed, as a tumor or sore.
8.
Mining Older Use.
a.
highly flammable.
b.
containing highly flammable gas.
(from Dictionary.com)

Marketing:

1.
the act of buying or selling in a market.
2.
the total of activities involved in the transfer of goods from the producer or seller to the consumer or buyer, including advertising, shipping, storing, and selling.

So in the simplest sense, highly flammable and intensely hot transfer of goods from the producer to consumer using advertising, shipping etc. That is kind of a long domain name for me; so I settled with Fiery Marketing.com
If you had a pulse in 2005 when I put this book together with my business partner Antonio Dannes and you used the methods, you are probably happy in life. If you haven't do not be saddened.

I have rehashed Fiery Marketing and created Fiery Marketing 2.0 - this is the next level of next levels. I start this one focusing on MLM & network marketing. So properly it should be called Fiery Marketing 2.0 for Network Marketers.

It is my best work ever, and anyone who chooses to pick this measly priced book up will make at least $50k this year from home on a part-time basis, with any business opportunity they select (income disclaimer). The blueprint of how I have built my business is in this book/course (which ever you want to call it).

I've very happy, and very excited about our launch which will take place tomorrow election day (if all works well). If we have a hold up; please be sure to check my blog or the website for details. 2009 starts now; and this book is going to teach you wealth. So wealth does equal FM 2.0.

Cheers,

Thinking You're Too Much

Thinking you're too much can post a problem in any kind of relationship because you begin to believe you are more than you actually are.  When you begin thinking you're too much; this can and will tip the scale on some if not all of your relationships.

What is "thinking you're too much?"  Well for one let's say you do something big on your job that a lot of people gave you credit for and everyone is happy you did this.  Coming in the next day as nothing significant happened would be humble and normal.  This may even help you receive more praise.  However, coming in and wanting flowers thrown at your feet underneath a red carpet is not normal.  In relationships; we as humans tend to believe we are too big to have to do certain things or deal with certain situations once we have reached a made up plateau.

We start to believe we don't have to do chores in the house, we don't have to do the extra on the job, we don't have to call people back immediately.  This is called getting relaxed, when in life, you should never actually be relaxed.  When you begin to turn into this direction, you will not notice it of course, but your associates and friends will notice a strain on the relationship.

Thinking you're too much is, to me, a disease that you don't know you have and the end is very deadly.  Take inventory of your life from time to time and make sure you haven't got to the point where you are too much.  I hope this edifies your relationships.

Peace from Dues Spot

We need Food & Money

Hey all,

With the economy in the shape it is; the common quote is "we need food."  We all still need to eat no matter how thin the financial bubble gets.  The markets have been like this before.  Many are acting like this is new.  We had this in 2007, 2000, and a few years prior to that in the 90s.

The market will recover as it normally does.  However, fear has set in.  I was going to sell my shares in my mutual funds (in which I've lost over $7,000*), but I said nope let me see where this goes.  So I am holding on.  Why is it that guys and gals like me are not up in arms scared for our financial lives?

Well one thing is for sure is that I trust in God; and His Messiah which is Jesus.  But the second thing is this on the plain field, my thousands of dollars in mutual fund accounts are just one door in a multi-door building of my financial house.  In other words; I have multiple streams of income coming in that are not all affected by the global crisis at hand here.

So what am I saying, reach out, stay optimistic, don't panic, don't worry, don't give into fear, trust God, trust yourself to make good decisions and wait for the storm to be over so you can go outside when the sun comes out and play on the swings; as my daughter would say.

If you're thinking this is a good time to add an additional stream of income - you are right.  The simplest thing to do is Internet marketing as a lot of people are running online to find the best bargains.  Learn from the guys I learned from and work with here at wealthy affiliate.  You won't be disappointed.

I hope to see you on the other side - cool and collected.

Deep Meditation: Is it helpful?

Needless to say any time away from everything in quietness and solidarity will be helpful to any one; especially one who has an extremely busy schedule.

Welcome to Helpful Relaxation Techniques

Have you begun working on eliminating some of the stresses from your life? Are you taking action, changing your perception or accepting the circumstances you can't yet change? If so, you should be feeling more in control of your circumstances, and that's a good thing!

Today I'll be sharing some simple strategies to help you manage stress, and even stop it before it gets started. You may have experience with some of these already, but I'll explain why they're so helpful. Meditation. Since a lot of stress stems from your own scattered thoughts and errant emotions, meditation is a great way to quiet your mind and improve your focus. And the benefits last long after you've stopped meditating too!

Just a few minutes of meditation in the morning can help you feel calmer and more focused all day long.

NOTE: The Totally Tranquil program is designed to produce an alpha-level meditation. That's similar to relaxing in front of the television (yet, much more mentally healthy for you). For a deeper level of meditation, try this Deep Zen program - This program takes you into a low-theta brain state - that's just above sleep, where you're still conscious, yet deeply relaxed.

Visualization.
Visualization is like taking a vacation in your mind. In fact, you can do just that when you're feeling stressed! The next time you find yourself in a stressful situation, find a quiet place to be alone for a few minutes, close your eyes, and imagine that you're lying on a tropical beach. Feel the sand beneath your body, the sun warming your skin, the kiss of the breeze moving through your hair. Breathe deeply and welcome the sensation of total relaxation flowing through your body. Just a few minutes of this can trigger your body's relaxation response because your mind cannot tell the difference between something real and imagined!

Exercise.
You've heard it before but the benefits cannot be ignored! Exercise gets those feel-good endorphins flowing, which will continue to benefit you long after you're done exercising. Not only that, but you'll feel stronger physically, more balanced emotionally, and more alert mentally - which can help you cope better with stress. Deep breathing. Most of us are "shallow breathers," using only a portion of our lung capacity. As a result, we feel sluggish, foggy-headed and tired. Get into the habit of breathing deeply and fully several times a day. Doing so floods your body with oxygen; wakes you up AND calms you down. You'll feel alert, energized and balanced, which can help you focus better on whatever you need to get done.

Massage.
This is one of those "luxuries" that should be a necessity for anyone who feels stressed! True, massages aren't exactly cheap, but even if you can only afford a monthly massage, it's well worth the money because just 20-30 minutes of massage can wipe away months of stress.

Recreation/Fun.
Don't underestimate the power of fun and recreation to get rid of(and prevent) stress. If you have kids run around with them sometimes; you'll see the relief and joy you get just by doing so. Be sure to make a regular habit of spending time with friends and doing things you love. Read good books, watch good movies, dance, listen to good music, etc.All of these things are great ways to manage your stress, but even better, if you do them on a regular basis, you'll find that you don't get as stressed as you once did.

Be sure to tune in for the next blog installment, because I'll share another powerful technique for managing stress - right while you're in the heat of the moment!

Until then Clear your mind,

Smoke Pot over Multi-tasking...

This sounds amazing - even unbelievable - but apparently and sadly, it's true.

*Researchers employed by Hewlett Packard have warned of a rise in "infomania" - ie, people constantly checking email and text messages have measured a significant intelligence drop.

That's right - those distracted by incoming email and phone calls saw a 10-point fall in their IQ - more than twice that found in studiesof the impact of smoking marijuana, said researchers.
Here are three quick tips to help you regain focus, simplify your life . . . and possibly raise or regain IQ points.

1. Put into your schedule to check your email only twice (2) per day. Do not check it any other time.

This is something I adopted last November and it's remarkable that very few messages are truly urgent. If necessary, let people know you only check messages at specific times in the day.
Don't put YOUR sanity above someone else's demand for "right now" - right now is almost always unnecessary.

2. Follow the same advice with the phone.
Personally and professionally I don't answer the phone if I'm busy with something else - and it's a personal PET PEEVE to be in a conversation or business meeting and to have that person interrupt the meeting by taking a call.

If it's an emergency - that's one thing. But how often do emergencies happen?

3. Listen to this Laser Focus program. The program aids you with focus and concentration -and helps you get organized and retain information better. Additionally, all of our programs aid in balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain - this improves communication between the logical and creative centers of your brain.

Visit the Laser Focus website to learn more.

Focus, you can do it.

Cheers, to your health

Now strip the fat baby...

If you've ever had a problem losing weight, tried every product on the market with no success, has this been you?

Well, experts say it may not be your entire fault. The market has plenty of products, some good others well...ehh, it can be extremely difficult to make a solid decision.

And when you do make the decision things can distract your attention.

Read this review; it's great. CLICK HERE.

It's my fault

You can tell when you're improving or changing when other people say, "man you've changed." Friends have told me I have become nicer; my lady says I'm not as annoying and I love it because these are changes I am slowly working at.

There are some things I think make you healthier. First, improving your relationships with yourself, your spouse, family, and friends. The fastest way to improve relationships is to assume all responsibility, blame, and fault.

Say to yourself for any problem in your life; "it's my fault." When you say this to yourself, it begins to help you alleviate the pain and also helps you find out how to fix the conflict or circumstance. Try it out.

Money Will Hold you Down!

I was sitting around watch television when my lady comes and just changes the channel on me to VH1 (king of stupid reality television shows), and I see this show called "I Love Money." It reminded me of this online book called, "Who Loves Money," by Kyle and Carson of WA... anyway I see these people competing so viciously to win, the ultimate prize of $250,000 dollars.

That is a lot of money by any ones standards, especially in this economy - and right there I realized why it is written that the love of money is the root of all evil. If you love money, it is impossible to be a good person. You will find yourself always pleasing that little idol in your head called money.

You'll find out that $50K is nothing and $50M will not satisfy your taste-buds. I sat back and saw that money is only a means to an end. If I want a burger, a few bucks and a drive to the store will cure that. It is necessary, but it is not to be loved.

But we all have to make money to survive. It's the way of the world now. So instead of chasing after money, I recommend you find a craft or skill that you enjoy or one that you know will pay well in exchange for a service you don't loathe. Get really good at it.

Next you want to find out what will be an income you can live COMFORTABLY on and make it a goal to reach that. Money will hold you down; but to love money is not civilized.

Keeping Control

Life usually presents the easiest or easier thing in front of us first, then shows us what the correct thing to do is, which of course appears much more difficult.

It's easier to throw your cloths on the floor, it's easier not to take a shower, it's easier to use dishes and leave them on the table (not even put them in the sink for someone else to wash).

Because all of these things are easier - careers are born and great men or women who find out all the things that are easier NOT to do, they do them and become filthy rich. Thus showing us the majority of us are lazy and take the easier path.

This plays into keeping control of ourselves; and not always taking the, "easy-road." When we get angry we take the easy road and yell, swing, smote, or in bad cases, kill our target. That is the easy road. You felt the anger first, lost control and boom. The easy thing always shows up first.

Understanding this we should always take to thinking twice - as the right thing to do will show up. This will force you to keep control and make the good decision.

It's not an easy thing to do - so it's best to practice...everyday.

Apologizing

Apologizing is a great weapon in a word full of offenders. It is good to apologize when you are wrong, even when you aren't wrong. Sometimes people just feel you offended them. Not wanting to apologize is pride.

It is not good to have pride because it makes you a cold stone. Eventually, no one will like you and you will be a lonely person full of pride. If you do have friends they will probably be vain persons who have no intellect.

So I urge you to have compassion and that comes with the ability to apologize when you're wrong - and even have the ability to apologize when you are not wrong but someone feels you wronged them. When you think about it; if apologizing is so hard for people to do - who really is the bigger and stronger person?

Health 101

Since the health wave everybody is eating organic, staying away from fast foods, and all want the big antioxidants. That's great but foods are just one aspect of the health wave; you also have to remember relationships, stress, exercise, and percentage of the month you're happy.

On top of that the standard American diet (SAD) is not all that well...standard. You need to supplement your diet with vitamins, minerals, and herbs or super foods to help sustain you.
Balance is always best; if you can keep your stress levels at bay, and get all the essential vitamins and minerals your body begs for everyday. If you aren't taking care of your health - you won't feel good, which will altar your moods, which affects your personal relationships and work relationships. It's a chain reaction.

Jesus tells us to repent first, acknowledge your wrongs then begin to do right. Your health is the same way...the health word for repent is detox, then take those steps. Don't just think because you're eating organic foods, drink vita or smart water you will be okay.

Health starts in your mind - then goes throughout the body. Keep the full balance.

Cheers,

- Responsibility -

One thing that we as people sometimes hate to do is take responsibility for our actions and our status. What do you mean status?

I remember back in the 90s when NBA great Sir Charles Barkley (known now days as Sir-cumference) use to adamantly state that he was not a role model - clearing himself of the responsibility of cleaning up his behavior which allowed him to spit on fans, throw people through windows, curse, and make really ugly faces.
The general public became outraged and forced the NBA to step in. As a result the league has forced every player to be a role model (hint the NBA Cares specials). That is status. Your job, or your position in life may beg you to have more responsibility than others. There is nothing wrong with responsibility. Those that take it; usually are further ahead in wealth, health, and personal relationships than those who do not.

The reason I wrote this is because my good friend Shaquille O'Neal, the legendary NBA center, recently was at a hip hop show that asked him to display his rapping ability & skills. And he did, which is not the bad thing (details on what he did or said here), it's just the content and the way it got out and of course who he talked about in during the show. Every one knows Shaq is a funny guy first, basketball player, and rapper - however he struck a nerve with a few people with his rap performance.

I admit; it was a hilarious piece...

Now his language is his problem and what he chooses to do (in what he thought was a private show for above age mature audience); however we live in a world where even a 5 year old can get online so we as adults do have to be cognisant of what we say or do. In affect, it can damage our professional careers, our businesses, and our overall image.

Take responsibility of your actions, and your status. Cheers

It's Never Enough

I'm sure God put us on earth so that we can work on the patience, self control, and brilliance it takes to really run the world. I'm not talking about run the world in the likes of an O'bama or McCain or George W. Bush. But rather in the sense of controlling the 9 planets and the elements.

The problem with man is that it is never enough with him. I get the $30K job now I need the $50K job. After the 50k, I need the 100k; after that I need all the time in the world. I get a good wife; now I need two, and on and on and on. We have to learn how to administer self control. If we do not, nothing will ever be enough. We'll always need more money, more cars, more shoes, more food, more cloths, more lovers, more whateva...

And people who don't have nothing will be amazed at you, and you will be amazed at them. Exercise self control, before it's never enough. Now I'll end with my main man Busta Rhymes who was on to something with this song...

Give me moe (slang for more)

Friends: Relationships

If you've ever had friends or currently have friends, I'm sure you consider that person someone you trust, someone you like, that you like to be around, and literally they make you feel better just by being around them
----
-----
I have a good buddy who travels a lot and we don't see each other as much as we did in college; but when we get on the horn (phone); a great feeling comes up that I'm thrilled to hear from him. If friends make us feel that good; then it will behoove us to take better care of our friendships and create good associate relationships until they become friends.

How do you take care of friendships? You have to show yourself friendly...you have to suffer with your friends, you have to give in the relationship too. It can't be all take "take" take. The same operates in our careers and businesses. How do you create more associates that become friends?

You can start off by being someone who smiles. You can be kind; you can sincere and even when you have to be brutally honest, you can do it in a respectable way. "But Due, it's not in me to be like that?"

That is fine. Trust me; I had to learn to be nice too. It all starts with taking the time to think before you say things because you may not be able to explain what you said. Relationships are 1/3 of what makes an individual happy in life, so take the time to improve your relationship with yourself and you'll improve them with others.

Friend, have a good day

Wealth

Scientists, psychologists and sociologists all agree that 95% of a person’s life issues can be traced to the following three areas: Wealth, Health and Relationships.

How simple and how true.
Just think about your own life or the life of someone you know and you’ll quickly see the wisdom being presented here.

Yes, I realize that 95% means that a full 5% of life’s issues exist outside these 3 core areas, but take heart – I have a plan for dealing with that 5% as well.

If 95% of problems result from wealth (lack of), health (lack of), and relationships (stress, no friends etc.), it would behoove us to work on these to clear out 95% of problems.

Work on your health, then your wealth, and with that fix your personal relationships starting with you, your parents, and spouse (if you have one).

i Heard You Can't Prospect!

Hey there,

Prospecting is not an easy game. In fact it can get down right nasty and cause even the strongest of men (and women) to give up on their dreams of a home based business because of prospecting.

I hated it at first, especially dialing on a cold file (cold leads), the hang ups, the wrong numbers, the answering machines, the "DON'T CALL ME AGAINS," and so much more that comes from prospecting.

The one thing you want to do when prospecting is be even-killed. You should have a script that you are reading from (initially...you want to memorize this script sooner than later). If you want a proven script send me an email at ndueso@antoniodannes.com

Now the best way to talk with a prospect is to ask questions. For instance, if I were calling you to tell you about my Fantastic Juice business; if you're a cold file the call would go about like this:

[Hi John, this is Ndueso calling you from Dannes & Associates, how are you? Good, I'm calling because I see we are both business minded and very concerned about our health. Are you still looking to make additional income outside of your job? [yeah].

This question let's me know the conversation can still go on. If he said "no" the conversation is over. Your questions must be genuine, sound conversational, but definitely must be closing and sorting. Your aim is to weed this guy out - you're doing a phone interview without letting the prospect know you're doing a phone interview.

And your end goal is to get a prospect to want what you have so bad; they can't stand it. If you can pull that, you'll become a wiz at prospecting and everyone will clammer to you. For more tips and tools visit my website adannes and get more details. Thanks for reading see you soon.

Are You Beating Adwords?

First of all; are you online?

You couldn't find a more economical way to begin promoting your business than going and opening a Google Adwords account (or Yahoo Search, MSN Adcenter, etc) and writing some ads to begin your promotions.

The reason why this is best way to start your marketing efforts regardless if you have $10 to start with or $10,000 is because of the testing phase you get from Adwords. I remember when I first started marketing, I didn't think adwords was the way to go. So I went to my local newspaper and put a $235 ad in the paper.

TWO HUNDRED & THIRTY-FIVE BUCKAROOS!!! Guess how many leads I received from that ad placement?

3 leads. Two of them were bogus numbers, and the third promising guy was not interested. My initial instinct was to choke the newspaper company. But I realized it was my own foolishness that ran without doing a whole lot of research. That same $235 placed on Google AdWords (even if it got me the same amount of leads) would have given me much more information. Info like:

  • What keywords the potential people typed in (who didn't become leads)
  • Which ad they they liked more (Split testing, more on that later)
  • How long they viewed my website
  • And so much more

This is so important to a marketer. That you know what your target audience are looking for. This of course will help you deliver to them better what they want; and leap you years ahead of your competition.

You however do have to deal with a bit of a learning curve in Google AdWords. I've read dozens of Google AdWords books from the top gurus of search engine marketing. I've brought hundreds of thousands of unique visitors to my websites and affiliate websites using search engines like Google, Yahoo, and MSN to the point I've even started my own company with a few guys who are top gun marketers as well (See it Right Here).

However, I'd like to share with you Kyle and Carson of Wealthy Affiliate who have put together in my opinion one of the top books on how to beat the AdWords game. Their book, "Beating AdWords" is one of the most comprehensive books on the market teaching a complete newbie and seasoned vet on how to use Google to win the search engine marketing game.

Take it for a test drive - you might start your own company teaching how to professionally use Google AdWords. Thanks for joining me today.

Valentines Day is Here...Guys get Nervous

Valentines day is here...guys are getting nervous on what to buy - girls getting scared from the pressure of spending valentines day alone - commercials being ran on jewelry, chocolates, and teddy bears...MADNESS all around.

But when I think of valentines day I think about couples and it makes me think about marketing. How does valentines day make me think about marketing?

It's not the fact that many marketers flood you with advertisements on valentines day. But rather the process of how couples initially come together.

This is how it typically goes - Boy meets girl - girl meets boy. Boy likes girl; and makes the decision to pursue girl. Boy says hello and talks with girl. This is an introduction.

Next boy puts out his an ad or resume to sale himself...this is an offer.

Girl is not convinced; and boy then adds his benefits and value. The benefits are what the girl will gain from being with boy; and the value is the comparative nature to their current circumstance. Value could be like a bonus - such as girl dates boy and never has to take the train or public transportation again. Compared to having to walk every where; the value of having a ride is a plus. A benefit is more along the lines of not being lonely, having a companion, unlimited hugs, kisses, etc.

Last the boy closes the deal. ABC (Always Be Closing). He proposes for marriage or ask for exclusive dating rights. Next, the live happily ever after (in most cases).

That's how marketing works (ok I left out a few details). In marketing, you have to create the attraction then introduce yourself to your client base- after that you deliver your offer, give the benefits, then the values, then take the steps to closing the deal.

  1. Intro
  2. Offer
  3. Benefits

If your business doesn't operate like this it probably operates in the RED. If your social life doesn't operate like this - you probably have few friends, no spouse, easily annoyed by people, and you may lack communication skills. I'm not coming down on anyone - I hope to edify you and help you.

I'm not a valentines type of guy myself and personally think it's a pointless day with weird origins. My wife and I have [what is called valentines day] every day of the year. But to be in the Valentines Day Groove, I thought of some helpful books I've read that can help the fellas out and the pretty ladies too.

The first is 300 Creative Dates - Ladies send this to the guy of your choice or simply send it to any male friends struggling on what to do on dates.

The second is for couples and it's 1000 Questions for Couples - This is a very insightful book as well. Both authors were seen on Oprah for their ideas (and we know Oprah doesn't let junk onto her show). Take a view of those, they are actually both downloadable and you can have access to them instantly.

Take care,

What's Your Percentage?

Hey there;

I just wanted to check on you to see how the month is going. Are you taking inventory of your life yet. Are you tracking how your new year is going? How many days have been a success?

How many days have been a failure? How many days have you been happy?

If you have been keeping track you know all this and are on your way to a great month and year.
If not; you should start because this month and year will turn out like last month and year. Now keeping track is not the end of the game. You have to now make a conservative change in your habits.

Just like making a budget (Get a review on Building on a Budget by GettheReview.com here) won't get you rich; it will stop you from wasting money. So now that you're not wasting money; you can put money in profitable things. We'll get into that in a few days. Enjoy your day no matter what.

All the Best,

It's not Easy - new years resolutions

Good day everyone; Due Daniels here;
I remember back in the day a popular rapper use to say, "it ain't easy being me."

I couldn't agree with him any more. It is starting to become hard just to be me. First off, things come to me easily and effortlessly. I know; how does that make it hard to be me?

It's because I see people really up against the wall because they are having all kinds of troubles professionally, in their business, family, etc. I just think, "it could be so much better for them."

The thing is sometimes we don't really take inventory or our lives. When you don't take inventory; just like in a store you don't know what's coming in and what's going out. This is a lack of focus and if we don't control our focus; we'll focus on the wrong things and that is when life will get out of control and in some cases things become unrepairable. So let me give you some quick tips to focus and to focus on the right things so it can start being just as hard for you to see others struggle because of how easy things are for you.

Number 1:

Think of one goal -- I don't care how small it is (it could be stop biting my tongue when I chew gum). And focus on it. To reverse something negative you have to put it in a positive way like saying, "I'm a successful gum chewer."

Number 2:

Write down all of your daily task and stick to them. Do not do anything else until the task on your list are finished.

Number 3: Jot down at the end of each day how the day went. Was it good, was it bad; was it successful; was it unproductive. Be honest with yourself. After a week, month, 2 months, you will see that you have a stat. Perhaps 20 out of 30 days you felt productive and happy. You can then pinpoint what went wrong on the other days by the notes you have along them. I get this from reading books; and tried it out. People who know me know now days I keep track of every single thing.

It helps me keep control of my life. Big companies do it; that is why they can make honest projections on how they will do in a new year. All they have to do is look back at how they performed this time of the year the last five years.

If you have a new years resolution; this is the best way to make sure it sticks past the month of January. Now to end; this was a blog insert from NBA superstar Gilbert Areanas. I really liked it and think it is very useful; so I definitely want to share it you:

This whole little 31st to the 1st to the 2nd, I’ve been figuring out my New Year’s Resolution. I was going around ear hustling everybody else and trying to figure out what their’s was.

They say some stupid stuff sometimes. Like some impossible stuff and you wonder why you can never stick to it. Like, “I’m going to be happy every day.” Or, “I’m not going to be mad … ever.” I’m like, “OK, I’ll see you next week … angry.”

But mine this year, I got a good one, I’m going to help everybody out: [this is how] You have to write down everything whether you are happy or not. Just if you were happy or not, that’s it.

Write down if it was a full day of happiness, a half day of happiness or if you were just sad and something happened to mess up your day. You just write it down every day. For instance, on the 1st, I was happy. Day 2, I was happy. So that’s two out of two in 2008 so far.

I’m just saying, it let’s you know how many days you was actually happy in that month. So if you get 25 out of 30 days happy in that month, you’re doing good. Even 20 days out of 30, that’s pretty good. It lets you know that you’re doing OK.

If you’re at 15 and 15, you need to reevaluate yo’ life. If you’re happy every other day, that ain’t too good. People get to actually look at what’s going on and review back on that month and be like, “Oh that’s what made me mad on this day,” and this and this and this. You don’t need to write down what made you happy. You write down what made you mad, because you can figure out what made you mad for it not to be a happy day and try to change it in the future.

Like, “I got a ticket and it messed up my whole day.” You can look back and be like, “Man, did I really let that ticket effect me?” You know, stuff like that. I came up with this by just listening to people. Just listening here and there. Stuff like, “I’m going to go to church EVERY SUNDAY!”

“Were you at church every Sunday last year?” “No, I only went twice.” “Well, you’re only going to go twice this year too. You’re going to go right now, and most likely, Easter.”

People’s expectations are just too-too high as soon as this New Year kicks in. It messes them up. Like, “Oh yeah! In 2008, I’m going to be rich!” OK, you was poor and broke for the last 27 years, and this is going to be the year? OK … what are you ‘bout to do, rob a bank?

Happiness takes care of everything else. It lets you see stuff. It lets you see opportunities going on around you. If you have an open, happy mind, things fall in your lap. Things happen for you. If you’re happy 25 days out of 31 and it’s promotion time … BOOM … that’s your chance. If you’re the office lady that everybody hates, well, you’re probably going to have another miserable month.

Opportunities seem to find their way when you’re on the up-and-up and upbeat. I’m not saying just going out there and start smiling every day, but just monitor. Monitor your day by day for the New Year. This is for all the people who are going out there saying they want to be happy for the New Year and they want something different in their life.

Start monitoring.

Make it a good year; and I'm not talking about tires. Peace and grace
